Genesis Strata Reports was founded by George Said to help property buyers make smarter, safer decisions when purchasing into strata schemes.
George has over 15 years of industry experience: seven years in construction site management, overseeing residential and mixed-use developments and seeing first-hand how defects arise; four years in insurance, in risk assessment and policy analysis; and four years as a strata manager, running owners corporations and dealing with defects, finances, fire safety and legal matters from the inside.
That combination is the point of difference. A defect report is read by someone who has managed the site. An insurance schedule by someone who has assessed risk. A set of minutes by someone who has written them.
Clients receive reports that are accurate and detailed but readable by a non-expert, with the issues that matter surfaced rather than buried.
Genesis Strata Reports is an independent strata inspection business. We are not a strata management company and are not connected with Genesis Strata Management.

What we do
We state what the records contain, with the figures, and let them stand. Where the record gives a number, we give you the number, what it means for the owners corporation, and what it works out to for your lot.
Nothing is left out. The report carries everything found in the records; the summary surfaces what affects your lot.
What we won’t do
We don’t advise you whether to buy. That’s your solicitor or conveyancer’s role, and our professional indemnity position is clear about it.
We don’t give an opinion on the condition of the building either. We don’t inspect buildings. We inspect records, and we’re careful about the difference.
